Specialist construction & fit-out Hampshire and the South

Construction and fit-out for spaces that demand more.

High value residential, commercial, dental and medical environments, delivered from first conversation to handover.

01

JSV Services South is a specialist construction contractor based in Hampshire. We take on substantial renovation, extension, new build and fit-out projects where the standard of finish matters and the programme has to be managed properly. Much of our work is in period and listed property, commercial premises and dental practices, which is where careful planning, documentation and craftsmanship count for most.

Residential

Whole house renovation, extensions, new build and high specification kitchens and bathrooms for private clients who expect the detail to be right. Usually working alongside an architect or designer, with one point of contact from first estimate to handover.

Commercial

Office, hospitality and commercial fit-out and refurbishment, including Cat A and Cat B works, with phasing planned around live premises, trading hours and fixed opening dates.

Dental & Medical

Surgery fit-out, decontamination rooms, practice refurbishment and compliance led healthcare environments, built around clinical workflow and equipment specification, from empty unit to operational practice.

Completed dental surgery with treatment chair, navy cabinetry and original cornice detail

Heritage & Listed

Restoration and alteration within listed and period buildings, from ceilings, cornices and plasterwork to traditional joinery, carried out with conservation officers and specialist trades.

“Carried out in a sensitive manner and in accordance with conservation best practice.”

Jon Willetts
Historic Environment Officer
Southampton City Council

Written feedback following completion of restoration works within a Grade II listed building.

The project involved restoring the ceilings and cornices of a Grade II listed building as part of a new dental practice. The Historic Environment Officer noted that the internal character of the room had been re-established and that the work had been completed to a high standard, and asked whether our details could be passed to other listed building owners.

Working in sensitive buildings means documenting decisions, communicating with conservation officers early and bringing in the right craftsmanship. It is a large part of what we do.

Owner led, from estimate to handover.

JSV is run by Jack Chambers, who prices, plans and manages every project personally. The site team is a settled group of around eight, supported by specialist trades we have worked with for years.

That structure keeps decisions quick and accountability clear. The person who priced your project is the person on site when it is being built.

We are based near Southampton and work across Hampshire and the neighbouring counties. Most projects sit within about an hour of the office, which lets Jack be on site regularly rather than occasionally.

For larger commercial and dental projects we travel further across the South. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, ask.
